This appeal was filed by Bryan Keith McClead, appellant/defendant below (hereinafter referred to as "Mr. McClead"), from a sentencing order of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County. Mr. McClead was convicted by a jury of third offense DUI and driving on a revoked driver's license. The circuit court sentenced Mr. McClead to one-to-three years imprisonment on the DUI conviction and six months confinement on the driving on a revoked driver's license conviction...
