The marriage of petitioner, Virginia Turrell, and respondent, Graham Turrell, was dissolved in 1995. Virginia subsequently filed petitions against Graham, seeking payment of extraordinary medical expenses for the parties' son, Sam, and an increase in child support. Graham filed a petition to modify the marriage settlement agreement, seeking to reduce his child support obligation...
