No. C8-01-1184.

637 N.W.2d 571 (2002)

Shane PIERSON, Petitioner, Appellant, v. STATE of Minnesota, Respondent.

Supreme Court of Minnesota.

January 10, 2002.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Shane Pierson, pro se.

Mike Hatch, Attorney General, Susan Gaertner, Ramsey County Attorney, Darrell C. Hill, Asst. Ramsey County Attorney, St. Paul, for respondent.

Considered and decided by the court en banc without oral argument.

OPINION

LANCASTER, Justice.

Shane Pierson was convicted of first-and second-degree murder and aggravated robbery for his involvement in the robbery of Raymond Barnett and the murder of Dural Woods. Pierson appealed his first-degree murder conviction to this court, claiming that the evidence presented by the state at trial was insufficient as a matter of law to sustain the conviction. State v. Pierson, 530 N.W.2d 784
