The plaintiffs filed this superintending control action challenging the Lapeer Circuit Court's plan for the operation of the family division of the circuit court. The Court of Appeals granted part of the relief sought, finding that the plan improperly denied the county clerk the right and duty to function as clerk of the court for the family division. We conclude that the Court of Appeals lacked jurisdiction of the superintending control...
