On August 9, 2001, Plaintiffs filed an eleven-count complaint against Defendants, alleging that they suffered personal injuries after consuming food at a Red Lobster Restaurant in Rochester Hills, Michigan. On December 27, 2001, Defendants filed a motion for summary judgment, alleging that the complaint was not filed within the applicable statute of limitations.
