[¶ 1] Terry Ziegelmann, on behalf of himself and all those similarly situated, appealed from a judgment dismissing with prejudice his putative class action lawsuit against DaimlerChrysler Corporation for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Because Ziegelmann has not pled a legally cognizable injury, we conclude the trial court did not err in dismissing the complaint...
