The respondent, Lyn V. White, a judge of the county court for Douglas County, has been charged with several violations of the Nebraska Code of Judicial Conduct (Code). The charges are based on Judge White's conduct after a sentence that she imposed, in a case involving a domestic protection order, was reversed on appeal by the district court.
