Plaintiff-Appellant The Hartford Insurance Group d/b/a Pacific Insurance Company (Hartford) appeals the district court's dismissal of its action for declaratory judgment against Defendant-Appellee LouCon, Inc. (Lou-Con). After reviewing the record and the arguments of counsel, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
