¶ 1. DEININGER, J.

Xuebiao Yao appeals an order which affirmed a decision by the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin to dismiss him from his position as an assistant professor at the UW-Madison. The board concluded that Yao had engaged in misconduct which constituted just cause for his dismissal. Yao claims the board erroneously considered certain videotape evidence and that it erred in finding that he had intentionally sabotaged another researcher...
