Sims appeals his conviction by a jury of trafficking in amphetamine and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, arguing that the trial court erred in denying his motion for new trial because, among other things, (1) there were fatal variances between the allegations of the indictment and the proof at trial, and (2) the trial court charged Code sections in their entirety when portions of the Code sections were inapplicable...
