¶ 1 This appeal is from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County entered on February 28, 2001, which granted Appellees Gerald and Eleanor Bennett's petition to enforce a settlement agreement. The Bennetts initiated this equity action seeking reformation of the parties' deeds. Prior to trial, the Bennetts asked the court to enforce the parties' settlement agreement regarding the boundary line between their respective lands...
