BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (Bell-South) filed a complaint against Thrifty Call, Inc. (Thrifty Call) on 11 May 2000 alleging that Thrifty Call intentionally and unlawfully reported erroneous Percent Interstate Usage (PIU) factors to BellSouth in violation of BellSouth's North Carolina Access Services Tariff (intrastate tariff).
