¶ 1 Daniel Warren Finley (Finley), pursuant to a plea agreement, plead guilty to felony DUI and received a one-year sentence in the Montana State Prison with three years suspended. He filed a pro se Petition for Postconviction Relief claiming that his counsel had been ineffective.
