DeMOSS, Circuit Judge:

Francisco Gonzalez was charged by indictment with conspiracy to distribute marijuana and possession with the intent to distribute marijuana. Gonzalez pled guilty to the conspiracy charge pursuant to a plea agreement and agreed to cooperate with the Government.
