LARRY L. LESSEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

The issue before the Court is whether a debt based on a medical malpractice judgment is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) and § 523(a)(4).

On December 31, 1970, Donald Hanft was licensed to practice medicine in the State of Florida. Dr. Hanft renewed his license in 1973, 1975, and 1977. Due to his failure to renew his license in December, 1979, Dr. Hanft's medical license expired...
