BRIGHT, Circuit Judge.

After a jury convicted Norma Hernandez of aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, the district court1 granted Hernandez's motion for judgment of acquittal. The government appeals, arguing that it presented sufficient evidence at trial to allow a reasonable jury to find Hernandez guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
