This is an attorney disciplinary case. Steven Warrick appeals from a decision rendered by the Professional Conduct Board of the Idaho State Bar ("ISB") finding that Warrick violated Idaho Rule of Professional Conduct ("I.R.P.C") 4.4(a) concerning expressions of bias and I.R.P.C. 3.3(a)(4), relating to presentation of false evidence. We uphold the Board's findings. We impose on Warrick a sanction of thirty days suspension from the practice of law...
