Plaintiff Charlene Langley ("Langley") says that she suffered injuries when she fell at the Barbers Point Bowling Alley, which is on a military base. Langley timely filed an administrative claim, stating that she "tripped on a metal piece at the top of the stairs" while walking to the bowling alley. Langley has now abandoned this theory.
