Alex and Mary Lee Lockhart appeal the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Associates Financial Services Company of Wisconsin, Inc. The trial court concluded that Associates Financial received a mortgage free and clear of the Lockharts' adverse claim to the property because Associates Financial was a subsequent good-faith purchaser for value.
