Seven supervisors and over one hundred other employees, formerly on the payroll of Crowley Garment Manufacturing Company, filed two rules to show cause for vacation pay, penalty wages, and attorney fees, alleging violations of La.R.S. 23:631 upon the plant's closure in August of 1999.
