Appellant Tony Hobbs was tried by a jury and found guilty of sexual battery on a child under 12 years old. The defendant argues that the trial court erred by (i) limiting the scope of the cross-examination of a witness, and (ii) violating his constitutional right to a public trial by closing the courtroom for the victim's testimony.
