This case arises from a complaint filed by Geneva Leasing Associates, Inc. ("Geneva") to enforce the terms of a personal guaranty signed by Brenda Zollman ("Brenda"). Following the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Geneva, Brenda appeals. The sole dispositive issue presented for our review is whether Brenda contractually waived any defense to the enforceability of the guaranty by agreeing to release and discharge...
