Plaintiffs, George Caldwell (Caldwell), NRC Contractors, Inc. (NRC), and their insurer, Scottsdale Insurance Co., appeal from the summary judgment granted in favor of Defendant, General Agents Insurance Company of America, Inc. (GAINSCO). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
