This appeal arises from a lawsuit filed by Henry Jordan, an incompetent, alleging Reverend Thomas Masters sexually abused him. Jordan sued Masters on many theories, the ones reaching a jury determination being sexual battery, false imprisonment, breach of fiduciary duty, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Jordan also sued Deacon Joseph Lawrence and Macedonia Baptist Church, alleging a breach of fiduciary duty based upon their actions in connection...
