PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals as of right his jury trial conviction of voluntary manslaughter, M.C.L. § 750.321. We affirm.

In September 1987, defendant was taking care of his eleven-month-old daughter, Kaylei, when a 1-by 1-inch plastic, frozen "ice cube" he used to relieve teething pain became lodged in her throat causing her to asphyxiate to death. The death was initially ruled accidental and no charges...
