Defendant was charged with possession of a firearm, ORS 166.270, possession of a controlled substance, ORS 475.992(4)(b), possession of a forged instrument, ORS 165.022, and two counts of theft, ORS 164.043. The state appeals from the trial court's ruling excluding evidence discovered after defendant consented to a search of his father's motor home.
