Henlajon, Inc., a North Carolina Corporation ("plaintiff") appeals from the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Branch Highways, Inc., a Virginia Corporation ("defendant") on plaintiff's breach of contract claim. We affirm the trial court's order and judgment.
