Annette Lindsey and Charles D. Longley were found guilty by a jury of conspiracy and attempt to manufacture 100 grams or more of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A) and 846 (2000), and possessing a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1)(A) (2000).
