District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

August 28, 2002.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Alton Roosevelt, in proper person.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, for appellee.

Alton Roosevelt appeals an order denying his motion to correct illegal sentence. The trial court granted relief on point one. As to point two, we treat this part of the motion as being made under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. The facts set forth by the defendant do not demonstrate a basis for relief under Faison v. State, 426 So.2d 963 (Fla.1983). As to point three, relief was correctly denied
