This appeal involves a dispute over whether plaintiff Peggy A. Miller, a former tenant of defendant Chateau Communities, Inc., owed rent for the continued presence of her mobile home on defendant's property after she abandoned the home and filed for bankruptcy. Defendant sought to recover post-petition lot rent in state court. Plaintiff responded by seeking an order from the bankruptcy court finding defendant in contempt...
