Plaintiff, Eric F. Vestrup, appeals from the order of the circuit court affirming the decision of the Du Page County Officers Electoral Board (Board) excluding Vestrup's name from the ballot as the Libertarian Party (LP) candidate for state representative for Representative District 47 in the 2002 general election.
