This matter comes before the Court on a complaint filed by the Debtor, Dinishia D. Waters (the "Debtor"), to avoid a junior mortgage lien on certain real property owned by the Debtor. The Defendants failed to answer the complaint and summons served upon them on February 21, 2002, as shown by the return of service filed.
