Steven Walter Tagen (husband) appeals from certain portions of the permanent orders entered in connection with the dissolution of his marriage to Brenda S. Lindsey Tagen (wife). We affirm.

The trial court determined that the husband contributed to a Public Employees' Retirement Association (PERA) account during the marriage and that the account constituted marital property. The court held that it should be divided between the parties...
