Here, plaintiffs allege that defendants Richard McCabe, Kathryn McCabe, McCabe, Carey & Associates, Inc. and MCA Administration (hereinafter the McCabe defendants) received checks drawn by plaintiff Schenectady Steel Company, Inc. payable to defendant Guardian Life Insurance Company of America...
