Finding that the plaintiffs, domestic and business partners Patricia Lett (Lett) and Louis Giuliano (Giuliano), had perpetrated a fraud on the court, a Superior Court trial justice called a halt to an ongoing jury trial and dismissed this libel lawsuit against the defendant, The Providence Journal Company (the Journal).
