Andrew S. Richardson (the "Trustee"), as trustee in bankruptcy of the debtor, Anton Noll, Inc. (the "Debtor"), has obtained a ruling from the bankruptcy court below that a prepetition transfer of $260,892.54 from the Debtor's assets is voidable as a fraudulent transfer under 11 U.S.C. § 548.
