This matter was tried before a twelve-person jury on July 16, 2001. Following deliberation, judgment was rendered in favor of Dillard Department Stores, Inc. against Vincent Totorich as representative of the succession of Tammy Tortorich1 and Larry Connelly, rejecting their claims that they sustained injuries while using an escalator in a Dillard Department Store. We affirm.
