Appellants, Hams of Southern Maryland, Inc. ("Hams"), Jonathan D. Duvall, and Kenneth P. Sullivan, challenge the decision of the Circuit for Prince George's County granting summary judgment in favor of appellees, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company, and Nationwide Property and Casualty Insurance Company.1 Appellants present the following question, which we have re-worded:
