BARNES, Judge.

Following a second jury trial1 and the denial of her motion for a new trial, Nan McCollum appeals her conviction for trafficking in amphetamine. She enumerates as error the denials of her motion to suppress and motion for mistrial, and the admission of an unrelated drug seizure as res gestae. After careful review, and finding no error, we affirm.
