On August 1, 2000, Shawn Otillio, a five year old minor was riding an adult bicycle, unsupervised, northbound on the sidewalk parallel to West Friendship Street. He attempted to cross Stall Drive and was struck by an Entergy truck being driven by Matthew Flot, who was in the course and scope of his employment with Entergy. Flot was attempting to make a left turn onto Stall Street from West Friendship...
