The state appeals the "ORDER AND JUDGMENT OF NOT GUILTY" a judge entered after presiding at the trial in which a jury found Charles K. Brockman guilty as charged of lewd or lascivious molestation of a child under the age of sixteen. We have jurisdiction. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.140(c)(1)(E).
