Appellant, DeLois Vallery, was convicted of one count of neglect of the elderly causing substantial bodily harm and two counts of neglect of the elderly causing death resulting from her failure to take action to prevent neglect of, or to properly supervise, elderly persons residing in residential group care facilities administered by her.
