We are asked to determine whether a school district can be compelled to evaluate in place a self-destructive student unilaterally enrolled in an out-of-state school. We hold that in the absence of violation of law, a school district cannot be compelled to assume any burden arising from an out-of-state private placement in which it did not participate, including burdens...
