Clifford Burke (Burke) appeals a final judgment and sentence after a jury found him guilty of one count of lewd or lascivious molestation of a child,1 an eight year old female. He was sentenced to fifteen years in the Department of Corrections, and designated a sexual predator. Burke complains that the lower court erred in admitting Williams rule2
