Ira Lee Anderson-El, II (Anderson-El) appeals from an order of the circuit court dismissing his petition for a writ of certiorari arising out of a prison disciplinary action. On appeal, Anderson-El contends that because he did not receive notice of his second hearing from the hearing officer, as required by then WIS. ADMIN.
