Officers Christopher Drenon, Hugh Fowler, and Max Blanchard went to Roger Seiner's home with a warrant to arrest him for a felony. The officers were informed Seiner was known to be violent and armed with a knife. Seiner's father told the officers Seiner was hiding in the cellar and did not have a weapon.
