WILKINS, Justice:

¶ 1 Appellant Jeffrey Alan Byrum ("Byrum") challenges the trial court's interpretation of section 77-16a-201(2) of the Utah Code (Supp.2001), the guilty and mentally ill ("GAMI") probation statute. We affirm.
