BREWER, J.

Plaintiff appeals from a judgment dismissing his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. He alleges that he is being unlawfully detained due to several statutory and constitutional violations committed by defendant. We review the trial court's decision for errors of law, ORS 34.710; Bedell v. Schiedler, 307 Or. 562, 564, 770 P.2d 909 (1989), and affirm.
