A Barrow County jury convicted Donald Memory Gearin of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, two counts of child molestation, and first degree cruelty to children. Gearin was sentenced to twenty years, ten of which he was ordered to serve in confinement, with the remainder on probation. On appeal, Gearin argues that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction on each offense and that venue was improper in Barrow County...
