Petitioner was found guilty of violating the prison disciplinary rules prohibiting the possession of cannabinoids, interference with an employee, harassment, making a false statement, refusing to obey a direct order and refusing to submit to a search or frisk. The determination has now been administratively reversed and all references thereto have been expunged from petitioner's institutional records.
